Use the route tied to your task
Apple and Google direct organization applicants to D&B and describe a no-cost standard request. Paid credit reports or expedited products are separate. Country-specific D&B partners may present commercial options, so check what you are actually buying.
Prepare the legal entity name, headquarters and mailing address, work contact details, and registration documents. D&B may contact you to confirm entity type or employee information.

Allow time for synchronization
Apple says to allow up to five business days for assignment through its flow, followed by up to two business days for Apple to receive the record. Google warns that a new request can take up to 30 days.
Do not submit duplicates while waiting. Record the request date and compare the final D&B spelling and address with the platform profile before verification.
